“I contacted RJ'S Plumbing & Heating after contacting several other local companies. Nobody was able to do anything for a few days,some of the companies never returned phone calls & some never even answered the phone. This was my first phone call ever to RJ's & it was after normal business hours around 7:45pm on a Friday Night. He(RJ) answered on the first ring I told him one of my properties in Plattsburgh was having issues with the sewage pump that flushes the toilet. He said he would be there in 40 minutes coming from Champlain. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, pricing & quality workmanship.
