So I called many times but to no solution. We are on Central Avenue front row and the bush on my grandfathers grave covers his stone. For the last two years I go and I said you have to cut it down or replace it. The answer I got was it's an old grave. So I walk around and I see graves that are older than his taken care of. My husband is 3 g away and no cutting no trimming no lawn cutting around it but in the front to see. I have pictures and if anybody wants to see the let Me know. I am tired of the runaround and so far the legal department did not call me back. Period. To pay $2200 for perpetual care for my husband and bushes in the hundreds is a disgrace. Heres my email Hello, I called your office at 9am, and was told the buriel for my friend Steven Stellman was at 10:30am. I arrive at your property at 10:30am. I called tjw office to ask where I should go. I was told to wait by the bathrooms. Well the first bathrooms I saw we're on my right, and I pulled on, it seemed unusual, but I filled her instructions. I waited, and waited, then I saw a gentleman, who directed me to the office building, as the meeting point. Approx 30 minutes passed, and I called again, once again the same woman told me they're probably still signing in. I waited another 20 minutes, and called. My grandmother's funeral was held on Monday. We were informed on Friday that the plots my grandfather paid in advance for were used for someone else; they sold and used the plot for another family. They did the same thing to my aunt and uncle who also paid in advance and picked out plots. The funeral director was very uncaring. He immediately asked my grandfather, who just lost his wife, for all of the checks to pay him for the burial. He didn't offer a seat, nor did he offer any condolences or caring. At the burial, they didn't even bother to bring chairs. My grandpa is in his 90s. It was about to rain, and they had nothing set up for the family. They... read full review
