This place is everyone’s worst nightmare not even to have the consideration, And decency.to tell me families from all over town Came to pay their respects and for the proper burial at the exact time We all got there early to make sure there was no delays we was all there early at 10:45 am and was told the time was 11:30 am that was confirmed by the funeral Director and the cemetery. Many people and family members were disappointed when the Hearse did not show up to The office building To escort the family and friends to the burial site not knowing where to go. Today was one of the most insensitive experiences I've ever dealt with. Words can't express the mental and physical toll it had on my family and friends. We were told to arrive by 11:30am so we showed at 10:45am we were told by the staff specifically a blonde girl that we should wait outside the office and the herse would stop there with our loved one and that we will follow it to the grave site location. We'll as time passed we would periodically inquire on the herse location we were given excuses that there running late then it was they must have hit traffic. In the same time we are all waiting outside the office now it's 12:PM and we inquire another time on its whereabouts...read full review

This place is lucky to get 1 Star. Friends arrived for a 11:30 Grave Site Burial Service. Parties involved were told to meet outside the office to wait for the hearse carrying our loved one to arrive, then be escorted to the grave site. Between 11:30 am and 12pm, several inquiries were made to the lady with the blond hair at the office as to why the hearse hasn't arrived yet. We were given excuses such as the funeral home is running late etc etc. At 12:10pm another inquiry was made. To everyones shock we were told that the burial has already taken place. Our loved one was buried alone! This blond lady then hands us a map where the grave site is located, and says sorry....read full review
