I wanted to write a review for my experience at sprung monuments with Kathleen C. After my brothers passing, she handled getting him a beautiful gravestone with such patience and dedication. As well as answered any questions and concerns with grace. I could imagine dealing with grieving individuals a hard and trying task as no one wants to bury a loved one. So incredibly grateful that she was there for me in my time of need. Great customer service on her and her teams end. Thank you.

I had such a positive experience with Sprung Memorial, specifically Phyllis Westling, that I feel compelled to share my experience. Phyllis was very communicative, responsive, and helpful the entire process of completing the steps for my Mom's tombstone. She made smart suggestions and was patient with me throughout all my calls and emails. Upon visiting my Mom's gravesite, (payment already completed), I realized that I had reviewed and approved the final copy and did not notice a missing Star of David. I informed Phyllis of the omission and she consoled me, not to worry, she would work on it. I then received a letter asking for my consent to allow the addition... read full review

I have to say that Harvey at Sprung Monuments Treated us As if he knew us forever ..With respect and such kindness...We felt well taken care of...My brother sister and I .....After being treated so poorly at two different monument sales stores in the area that day... He was kind respectful personable and very patient and extremely helpful ...Thank You so much for your wonderful service and pleasant way. My little nephew who is 4 even liked it there...I would give them a 10 star rating if I could so far so great....recommend 100%
