A wonderful experience. First time using them, just needed a simple water heater flush. I was accidentally quoted one price, I accepted it. The professional that came to my house did the work, very pleasant, very professional, and noticed that there was a mistake in pricing for the visit. He called and had it corrected to a lower price. I don’t think you will find one HVAC/Plumber on Long Island that would do that, not one. I find them to be incredibly ethical.
Recently replaced my gas burner with a tankless Rinnai burner didnt have much luck with my previous Bosch burner due to a poor installation by another company. Warren and the installation team did a nice job and prices were comparable with other companies would highly recommend this company bravo
Had a leak coming from my oil burner. Dave showed up same day (Saturday) and had it repaired within a half hour. It was just the filter and I haven’t had it cleaned in some time so I need to get it up to date. They billed me $350 which I suppose is fair for coming out on a Saturday. Gave good tips for getting rid of the oil on the floor and the scent as well. I’m satisfied with the service. Going to book them for an oil burner cleaning.
