“I am truly grateful with Alex Hecht for his honest and professionalism. He definitely saved me from being ripped off by a certain company that I found first called. I almost pretty close of being scammed! The guy was basically wanted to overcharged me of $ 400 to $ 700 dollars. When I mentioned that i can’t believe that’s how much it cost now. When the guy asked me how much I can pay, I felt more suspicious with his reply. I said no thank you, I ah e someone else coming.

Alex showed up and I felt relief. Not only knowing he has a business can with full of gadgets but he verified if I have an ID to confirm I live in the house. He really dis everything he could to be able to open my door instead of drilling it right away compare to the other guy.

If I ever get locked out again or any need with locks and safety, I would definitely call him again and even give my highest recommendation to my friends and family, and even to anyone who read this review.

“Rori went beyond and above when I came in with my 2001 Honda Civic EX, even staying past closing hours to cut and program three keys. If you need a key, chances are he has it. (He was even able to produce keys that were 20+ years old in the original Honda bag while showing me his wares!)

I went to THREE places including Home Depot, Lowe’s (didn’t have the fob on the shelf as it requires them to scan the barcode to start the key cutting process) and another auto parts store!!!
