Anthony and John who serviced my 2.5yo AC unit were thorough in their process and very communicative throughout. From diagnosing the issue to replacing the malfunctioning motor, I was kept in the loop by both of them. Joe A and Stephanie were also amazing to work with and understating of my situation. Joe showed up within 5 minutes of me calling on a Sunday- had our AC issue fixed after weeks of me putting parts into it and continually failing. He problem solved in minutes. Great guy down to earth , good community man, honest, knows his stuff. We were looking for an HVAC company for awhile, we sure found it.Services: A/C system maintenance

Thank you to EVERYONE at Joe's Custom Installations! Especially Stephanie, who was most helpful. Of course our central air conditioning broke during one of the hottest days of this summer. We called Joe's after hours and was surprised to get a very quick response and someone came out the very next morning, unfortunately our situation required a part which was not in stock...this meant that we had to be without air conditioning for several days....Stephanie helped us aquire temporary cooling options which was such a blessing.
