“I used AGP Kitchens and Baths on Merrick Rd in Seaford to remodel our bathroom. They completely gutted it and redesigned everything in order to make it accessible for my wheelchair-dependent child. “My husband and I went to the 2024 Home Show at Nassau Colosseum in March. I made it a point to go to the Consumers K&B booth because we had previously bought from them 20 years ago for our current house. We had just purchased a new house and needed a new bathroom vanity. I met the manager of the Commack store there and we were talking about 2004 Consumers experience and that so many things I had used in my bathroom in my current house were no longer available due to changes in the industry and manufacturing in general. I was sad to hear that I couldn’t get the same color glaze, but we had a nice chat and he suggested that I call and ask for him when we were ready to start the work for the bathroom.

So when we were ready in June, we called and he told me he wanted us to meet with Sharon, the Assistant Manager, as our design consultant and she’d take good care of us—and he was right! She did literally take great care of us for every issue, large or small. We had a complicated order and though I knew what I wanted for our previous purchase, many things were not available anymore, including door styles, with our preferred manufacturer, so she suggested a different manufacturer, which was actually a higher quality and accommodated our needs. We did a lot of walking and looking around the showroom, too, and she made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We spent quite a bit of time there! After we placed the order, I had many questions along the way, and Sharon was always there to support me and answer the questions promptly and professionally. She helped me with coordinating everything timing wise and with delivery and the fabricator. It was such a pleasure working with her. She was very professional but also very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and I was very confident Sharon would take care of everything!

“Had a satisfying experience today (3/18/25) with Granite World Fabrication on a service call to enlarge a stove cut out in/on my 18+ year old granite countertop. I found his service fee was fairly reasonable and his two employees were very outgoing, polite, professional and meticulous. Not only did they hang drop cloths to limit the dust from spreading through out my house they checked the measurements multiple times both before and after the cutting process ensuring accuracy, they sanded smooth and polished all the cut granite edges as well. They did a fairly good job cleaning up the dust in the immediate affected areas. I would like to thank Adam and his 2 Employees who performed my service today and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.“
