We noticed a spike in carpenter ants over a short period of time. AVP came highly recommended from our family/friends. We spoke to Robert, who squeezed us in ASAP for an appointment. So far, so good. We caught any infestation quite early. We ended up throwing all the furniture out in the room where we found most bugs. They were pretty efficient, time will tell how good they were at neutralizing our bug problem. Also a little pricey for the amount of work that was required, hence the stars.

I was referred to Robert by a friend and he sent someone out within 48 hours. He told me the price and he gave me details on how to prepare for the visit - washing, vacuuming, etc. He was very reassuring on the phone and was extremely empathetic, compassionate and responsive. The representative, Louis (it seems like the same person from the previous review) was even more knowledgeable, thorough with explanations, directions on how to combat the issue after treatment and preventative measures for any future infestations.
