I had a great experience from the time that I walked in to the time I walked out. Cheryl was extremely helpful checking me in. I wasn't sure if I had insurance and she was so helpful with looking this up and letting me know exactly what was available to me and what my options were. My exam was quick and seamless. When it came to picking glasses, there were so many different options! Once I decided on a pair, Sophia and Cheryl were great with my whole check out process. I felt like I was in and out and not having to wait long at all for any part of my appointment. I highly recommend this office for eye exams and glasses. You will be so glad you went here.
I visited America’s Best in West Babylon for my annual eye exam this year and was really impressed with the service I received from Dr. Jaki. She was so polite and friendly. She didn’t rush me at all and welcomed any questions I had. I also would like to mention two more employees there, Cheryl and Barbara, as they both provided excellent service too.
I absolutely love seeing Cheryl when I come in for my yearly exam! She's always friendly, welcoming and quick to tell me what looks good and doesn't look good on me! Brook was extremely helpful when I had an issue with the way my new glasses felt at my most recent pick up and fixed the issue immediately! Thanks ladies!
