“I have been seeing Dr. Tammy the last couple years . All I can say is GOD brought me to this beautiful young lady. I have been suffering from chronic neck & shoulder pain for the past 10 years. I decided to have surgery 10 years ago to remove 2 bone Spurs which was causing my chronic pain so I really felt I had to have the surgery in order to maintain quality of life. I was also told by my neurosurgeon that this would help me!! I can return back to work after 30 days ..,return to the gym ..go back the all my normal activities.. WRONG!!! Something went wrong with my surgery even though no one would tell you that!! I i’ve tried everything from A-Z!! I have tried chiropractic care with other Doctors which I really liked but it just seems like nobody could get to the root of the problem.. NOT until Dr. Tammy Bialek!!! “Kristina is literal magik! I come from a family of doctors & nurses. I’ve grown up with chiropractic care both as a relaxer & for healing for my many sports-related injuries. I’ve also had many sports massages, therapeutic massages, & everything in between. When I first met Kristina & learned more about myofacial release therapy, everything clicked for me & I knew that held the key to why cracking my bones & kneading my muscles still somehow left in want. She explained how traditional massage can actually have negative effect, especially when the fascia is still restricted, & the same for chiropractic care; she never put down the other modalities, but simply explained how important myofacial release is in facilitating positive results for a holistic healing. My first experience with her was magical. After having a very thorough (which I appreciated) conversation about my body’s history, she then spent the next hour working on my body. Literally, the first 45 minutes was simply her cradling my head in a slightly elongated position while my body relaxed into the gentle music she had playing in the background. After I don’t know how long, I started to feel a few very pleasant “pops” of relief inside me. I can’t quite explain them because they were partially physical in sensation & partially almost like an imagined sensation, which I presume would be the emotion aspect (which science has proven we hold onto in areas of our bodies) being released. The remaining 15 minutes were spent on manipulating my shoulder & scapula to help release some tension (my main complaint was of numbness in my fingers from sleeping on my side or having my arms elevated above my heart). For the next 3 days, not only did the numbness abate & my neck feel fantastic, but I felt so blissfully happy. My mood was completely elevated & at times, I found myself saying I felt inexplicably happy for no reason. I am absolutely convinced that it was all a direct result of her techniques. I’ve seen her a handful of times since (every 2 weeks) & plan to return soon again & each time has yielded similar results. Ouroboros Therapeutic Arts is the missing link we’ve all been searching for in our pain management & emotional wellbeing journey & I cannot recommend her or Michael enough!“
