I went in this zoom tan location to look into getting a tanning membership, and I was really impressed by the customer service and friendliness of all of the employees. The facility was clean and well organized, and seemed very well managed. While I was there a district manager approached me (I think her name was Lynn? She was blonde and super friendly) and asked what I was there for and talked to me about their gym facility and the tanning and gym packages they were offering at this time. I honestly didn't even know zoom tan had a gym. I currently work out at PF and because of Lynn's friendliness and willingness to answer all of my questions I amnow going to cancel...read full review

New Location in Webster. Staff are always nice and friendly. Their new location seems to not be fully set up yet, but everything was clean. I hardly ever have to wait.Service: UV tanning

The manager was great and very helpful. Haven’t been in awhile but she was so good with me helping me with the right tanning lotion because I have a new tattoo. Place was nice and clean!Service: UV tanning
