Installed a solar system in January of 2020. Great job and communication. Followed request to have all wiring be hidden. There was one panel that didn't work after install and it was promptly rectified.

Dont expect to get timely service. They installed a system at my house and I asked for a service visit to diagnose a problem. Called in spring of 2023, called in july again, called in september, they promised theyd get me on the schedule. Still waiting... I'd go with anyone else if youre having a system installed, because at some point youll need service and these guys wont show up.

Thank you to Renewable Rochester, especially Shawn for explaining things, his patience, and his 'no pressure' visit were greatly appreciated. Also a big thanks to Doug and all the installation crew, and Pearl in the office. We have already recommended them to others. Great company; great experience. And great SunPower panels! I'll update after a years worth of solar power has been generated to see if the production meets our expectations.
