Ivan and his guys did the very best work we could possibly ask for, even though it was a pain-in-the-butt ancient cedar tear off roof with 2 layers of old shingles. We was here personally every day; he doesn't contract out. Loved the security of having the same 3 hard working men here every day. They were so respectful and kind. He told me about any of the slightest changes to the plans. They also did an entire new side door, and a new set of windows. Ivan cares about his customers and about doing the job right. Ivan did a beautiful job installing my new windows, replacing my patio sliding glass door and all of my exterior and interior doors. He also has connections to fair, honest and skilled tradesmen. His brother in law did my electrical upgrade with a new panel and a cousin fixed my dryer that went down. Ivan is the definition of a good man. When I think of the quality job his company completed, it makes me have the utmost trust in his ability to do the job right the first time and to refer me to the best of the best for all of my home needs.
