There was an issue with my order shipping on time. Nothing that was their fault but it would have really messed up our holiday fundraiser, so I contacted them to see what could be done to help.They went out of their way to make sure the remaining part of my order shipped the same day I contacted them, but also upgraded shipping at no charge to me to make sure that it would get here in time.I absolutely recommend this company for your gift wrapping needs!
