A refreshing absolute first rate service experience. From the person who answered the phone after hours, to the person that called me back as soon they opened to the technician that came to do the service. They told me what and when they were going to do something and did it with genuine concern, care and professionalism. The technician on site walked through a thorough inspection and determined the issue was outside of the house. He had every right to tell me to call RG&E and leave. He didn't. He went over and above and called RG&E for me so he could explain what the issue was to expedite RG&E's repair. He then waited until RG&E was on-site. Highly recommend...read full review

Chris and Ryan did an awesome job at my house today addressing all of my concerns. I look forward to Chris coming back to work on items in my garage. 1/25/24 Chris installed a new LED spot light on my garage, secured RING motion spot light on separate switch and replaced GFI outlet in garage as well. Was pleasantly surprised to see the great lighting when I came home from work! Thank you for doing a great job!

Dan and his helpers were the best. They were neat, clean, respectful of my property and willing to work with my chandelier order being delayed. I would highly recommend their services.
