The only complainers are people who strictly use the pool or people who hate being around other people. Always a friendly environment, very accommodating staff though the cancellation process can be tricky. Altogether great gym!

I joined the gym almost a year ago and signed up for the personal trainer. In that time I have had three different trainers at two locations, one quit abruptly and the other two were great. The facilities are good though it can be difficult to use some of the machines due to the amount of people at the time. The big problem I have is that I have been trying to get out of the trainer contract, which I should be able to buy out of at 50% of what’s left. I’ve had 4 conversations already and they charged me for another month instead of the buyout. They told me ahead of time I’d be fine, which I wasn’t and now whoever they are emailing isn’t even bothering to respond... read full review

This place has a very good environment, has really nice equipment and genuinely has a good, welcoming staff. They have helped not just me but multiple other become what they want to be
