Have used JC Landscaping for a several years and have very few times when we had a complaint (3 total over the years). That's the good news. However, when we did, the owner was accusatory and rude. And, he didn't take responsibility for his crew's poor work. We were met with the same response from the owner--not his fault. There are so many landscaping services in the ROC area with professional service and communication. I recommend not using this landscaping/mowing service.Services: Yard work

Do not use this company!!! Hired for Spring cleanup. Did an awful/incomplete job. Provided a verbal quote only and threatened to sue if I did not pay the entire amount even though work was not completed. Lied about hours spent on the yard. Eventually settled for $100 less payment when I provided picture of the mess left behind.

Terrible job!!!! Incomplete work. Threatened lawsuit if I did not pay for incomplete job. Did not do half of the work promised and lied about the hours spent doing clean up. Do not use this business!!!!Service: Yard work
