I was very pleased with the install of my new heat pump water heater. Rob L. and Mike S. arrived on time, and I had been sent a reminder email. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me a good lesson on the new heater. I would recommend Crossfield to others looking for a dependable company.
Brian, Duane, and Rob installed a new Trane furnace and Aprilaire humidifier today.

I will first start with the sales person, Mark Stevens. He arrived on time, explained in detail the various options and took the time to write up three different options for us to consider. Mark was very easy going and we felt no pressure to make a decision. He was a role model of how sales people should conduct themselves.
The three technicians that arrived to install the new equipment were Matt, Eric and Dwain. They were amazing. They put on shoe coverings, laid down tarps from the entry door to the basement where the furnace was located.
