I requested a "deep clean" for a small 2-bedroom ranch in Painted Post. A 3-person team arrived on time and were here for 2 1/2 hours. I did a quick inspection before they left. It was only after doing some things around the house over the next couple of hours that I noticed: 1) a bottle of bathroom cleaner that I had dropped behind the toilet earlier was still there; 2) a cobweb going from a living room lamp to the wall; 3) a bottle cap on the floor in a bedroom; and 4) a half dozen or so pieces of kitty kibble around the base of a cat stand. I don't think I got the extensive cleaning I expected. I contacted to company, but was still invoiced approximately $400.

Starr and her team at All Starr Cleaning are the best. We use Starr for property management as well as cleaning and are so pleased! Starr is always answering our texts and promptly gets the work done, whatever it is. She is an expert when it comes to airbnb property management.

The team also takes care of unanticipated obstacles during routine quality checks. For example, our garbage and recycling cans recently fell into a ditch. The team secured the cans and got the garbage cleaned up. Really above and beyond! You won’t be disappointed with this team!

Very, very highly recommended. All-Starr is terrific. They handle property management and cleaning for our vacation home/rental. We are always so pleased to arrive at our house and find it sparkling clean, and rental guests frequently comment about how clean the house is. All-Starr also handles property management, and it gives us great peace-of-mind knowing they're looking after the place when we're not there. They are always extremely helpful and responsive, for example when Amazon unexpectedly delivered furniture several days early, on Christmas Eve, days before we were planning to be there, and Starr sent someone over on short notice to get the boxes out of the rain and into the garage. If you need property management or house cleaning in the Finger Lakes area, I cannot recommend All-Starr enough.
