Holbrook Heating & Air Conditioning

What do you do when you are expecting 11 guests on Friday, and discover on Thursday that there is no hot water and 2 parts are needed to repair the hot water heater. It's too late to cancel so you call Holbrook Heating & Air Conditioning in Watervliet. From the front desk to the parts department, to the end game of the technician, everything fell into place to save my weekend! Five Stars and much gratitude to all who made it happen!!!! Thank you!

My central air conditioning decided to not work this season, so I called Holbrook for help. Kelly in customer service informed me of the charges that would be incurred, which I greatly appreciated knowing ahead of time.

ArJay was the technician sent for this service call and I couldn't have been luckier to have him! It was so nice to have someone walk in, listen to my explanation of what was going on, and then proceed to actually troubleshoot and ultimately repair exactly what was broken. ArJay was professional and kind, and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely use Holbrook again for my HVAC needs.

Very professional technicians and salesperson. They were able to work with my availability to get my new Lennox furnace installed quickly. I heard of Holbrook through Costco and was extremely pleased with the service.
