Thank to staff,from receptionist, assistants,to the vet.They were very helpful,understanding,compassionate,and professional. They made a difficult decision to put my cat down,so he didn't have to suffer more bearable. Thank you again.
I had an excellent experience while bringing my dog in for an exam/vaccines. Everyone from the front desk staff to Dr. Dixon were friendly and professional. Dr. Dixon was knowledgeable and thorough. Coming from larger cities, I think the value of care here is well worth the price.
I have been a client of Watertown Animal Hospital for 40+ years with multiple pets over the years. We have always received excellent care, and truly appreciate the difficult work the veterinarians and supporting staff do. They are pediatricians, geriatric specialists, oncologists, obstetricians, surgeons, and psychologists/counselors for pet parents. I have received phone calls from the veterinarians well after clinic hours to review the results of bloodwork. I've had veterinarians weep with me & give me a hug after saying goodbye to a beloved pet. The level of service & the care provided by Watertown Animal Hospital is excellent.
