I went to super cuts around 1pm today and they gave me the worst haircut. I left with wet hair crying. I called Smart Styles crying and explained what happened and they told me to come in right anway and they would look and see what they could do! When I say Aubrey was so patient and kind I mean it AND she was able to execute exactly what I wanted in the first place! I left very happy!! She saved the day and my hair! ?? BTW I was going for a dramatic 70s shag look with some curtain bangs✌?

It was "alright". My kids's haircuts were good but the lady that cut their hair missed some spots. I got them military style haircuts and she didn't know what a high fade is. After explaining to her what it is she argued that that's not military haircut lol I'm military so I would know. At least she cut their hair she still kind of missed spots. So we will not be back again. Haircuts cost more than $20+ mind you
