Dont do the survey on the receipt! If you are upset you need to take your reviews here. The reviews on the receipt aren't publicly available and this kind of treatment needs to be made public. My experience This is one of the worst staffed home depots i have ever been to. The managers are space-cases and if you try to reach them through a regular associate they will use every excuse in the book to blow you off. Even if you are a regular/have a business and are placing an expensive order. Doesnt matter. These guys are allergic to work. Which would be okay if we didnt truly need managers half the time. It seems like the associates we do interact with are having more and more of their decision making power stripped away. So no. We can't avoid talking to the managers. There was a time I was stuck with an associate for an hour and a half, maybe more, and not once did a manager come check in with us. Though the associate did call and a manager did acknowledge them. I asked if there were only one person on for manager. Come to find there were a total of 4 managers/AMs in the store that day. Not a single one helped. The tech support is nonexistent too. Not just the pcs. Any time I need a pallet its a game of musical machines. They only have one working fork at a time and its often in use. Customers should be given a number because its awkward to not know how many customers need it before you. Ive had to wait 3 pallets before mine was dropped before. Apparently there are other forks but they break often. God I could make a whole separate review on the tech but an associate informed us that its a home depot issue and not this specific store. Theres probably a more effective place for me to put something like that. As for the store? Go to one of the other home depots. We like to use clay when we can but its often more convenient for us to use watertown. God is it a headache.
While shopping today, I heard an employee named Howard tell a coworker named Trayvon that he looked like aunt jemima! I couldn't believe my ears, or even process why he thought that was okay to ask. Please do not let this go uncorrected!!' I visit this location when I come to visit my parents, and they also visit by themselves and i will promptly tell them not to shop there is this is going to be tolerated. **there was nothing wrong with the condition of the store or availability of products, this is a complaint about the employees!**
