Cowles installed a new HVAC system into my home some 3 years ago but unfortunately had to return and service the AC every year for low refrigerate. They finally returned again this year and it appears found the source of the leak. I'm not real happy that they had to keep returning but whats important is that they did stand behind their installation. Fingers crossed that there isn't another leak in the system.
