Just moved to the state and was due for a very much needed chop after moving across the country. As someone who is terrified of going to new stylists Michelle made me feel comfortable and did a good job walking me through and being realistic on my current hair needs (it’s been over a year since my last trim/cut) she took off exactly the amount we discussed and was overall very pleasant.
