My husband and I both go to this office and get great service from all the staff. I have had issues with anxiety, and they took me right in and helped me within half an hour. I have never had any issues with billing and always pay the copay, so I don't have to get billed. Lacey and Molly are sweethearts and really try to do everything to make us happy with our visit. I have never seen Karen but I know Lacey has consulted with her when we were stumped on an issue. If I had to say one thing that I dislike it would be the fact that they are not open on Friday. 100% recommend this practice.

My regular civilian primary care was Paul Barter RNP at Dr. Emerton's office. Paul {fellow NRC Watertown, Navy Shipmate of mine } suddenly retired last month !! I was at a loss for primary care {outside the Veterans Administration}. I went to Dr. Williams "Complete Family Care & Laser Center". I was assigned to Shelby Scordo P.A.To say I was VERY impressed with their efficiency and thoroughness would be an understatement. Wonderful people ! They surpassed every expectation I had.
