The parking lots need way more truck parking. 1000 trucks fuel here a day and only a handful get provided with a space to park after. Besides that I love most Loves but they're mostly the same and the staff either make it or break it for cleanliness and experience. The garbage was completely full in the fuel Island. I wish loves would standardize large open access garbage bins as truckers always have a bag of garbage to throw out and often the fuel island bins are filed after 10 customers.....pull through the same island stall causing staff to become full time garbage men...that being said I'll still always prefer loves because their points program for fueling is fair.
Loves generally has a great array of things to take care of your travel needs generally really clean, but my complaint is pretty basic. I thought truck steps would generally be concerned about a main draw to their stop and that would be the coffee every time I go there they have a great coffee bar in a selection of coffee and drinks, but they offer only French vanilla or whole milk in their cream dispenser, there isn’t even any tearoff little cups of anything else to put in as creamer. I personally like my coffee with half-and-half I don’t understand why they wouldn’t offer half-and-half in the dispenser. As a traveler, I like to get in get what I need and leave...read full review
I am not one to do reviews normally but this loves deserve it we where on are way home and stopped here to let are dog go to the bathroom and get some energy out and well we where there the gate broke between the big dog and small dog park and two big dogs attacked are dog in the dog park after we broke the dogs up plenty of loves staff and some civilians came to help also the staff was great and made sure that all the humans were okay and that are dog was ok they did everything possible they could to help and they stayed out until all party's left the incident so big shout out to all the great staff
