You should call first to make sure somebody is there. The same guy works at the steak and potato, so you have to go over there( other side of the food court) to talk to the guy. I have used them in the past they've always done good work.

My son shattered the screen on his iPhone, he called and made an appt, took it in and the gentleman fixed it while my son and I had lunch. Very fast, friendly and way cheaper than having to buy a new phone!
