“I worked directly alongside Frederico as his personal assistant & senior office administrator for just over 12 years, and to say it was a great learning experience would absolutely be an understatement. While the work is certainly challenging & stressful at times, it’s also very consistent, rewarding and satisfying when accomplished, for example; creating hand drawn landscape sketches from surveys or 100’s of monthly invoices completed with no mistakes. During the summer season days are usually split between desk work & outdoor garden market work which is a nice change of pace (I miss the peaceful moments of watering rows of plants).
I’m very proud to have been a longterm part of what he’s developed his company into. His work ethic is second to none & he demands the same from everyone but he’ll also be right there moving plants getting dirty in the garden in the July heat too.
