I have been practicing yoga for 9 years. I went to Five Pillars yoga for the first time this past Sunday at 9:45 while I was staying at a friends house in the Hamptons. Unfortunately, due to kids and traffic, we (3 of us went) were late which I am usually 30 min early for class. So I was nervous they would not let us in and so very grateful they did. They were in the middle of the warm-up which is fairly basic. In the studio, I normally go to they encourage advance options even in the beginning so I was jumping back instead of stepping back.
