An absolute delight, had so much built up tension in my shoulders and upper back from years of abuse from lifting weight and doing stone masonary. Alana and her magic hand had me feeling like a fresh new man. Would deffenetly recommend

If you want to feel like a brand new person you must go to Peace and Posture for your next massage. The Massage therapist and Owner Alana is amazing, she is kind and really listened to what areas I asked her to focus on. This by far was the best massage I have ever had, down to every little detail she adds to her massage experience and massage space was incredible. I will definitely be going back to her from now on.
