Here is my honest reviewWhen you arrive you ring a bell. You are not allowed inside, and you pay outside as well. There is no reception desk, and your pet is taken into a room you never get to see. I have been there three times and never seen the inside. Picked up and dropped off like a bad drug deal..very unprofessionalWhen I picked my dogs up their nails were not done and the cuts were very uneven. I had to trim them when I got home. She seem to be only able to do one type of cut not breed specific so your dog's ears are going to be cut straight across regardless. I find Kerry to be unfriendly and uninterested. I brought my lil guy over for a wash and groom. They were great! His fur is so fluffy and smells awesome lol. He was shedding his winter coat and was in desperate need of a good wash and groom. Thank you for getting us in so quick and doing an amazing job! He’s been strutting around the house acting like he’s the head honcho now ?

writing a recommendation for Grooming at Orchard Grove and a big thanks to Kerry! My little dog had been lost in the woods and once found was covered in ticks & matted fur. Luckily Kerry was able to get him in quickly and remove the matted fur and ticks all while making him look adorable! ?
