Hudson Valley Karate is our second home!!! My son started in January 2022. The next month in February which is family appreciation month every year where family members get to train for free for the month!! I decided to train along side my son to help support him and I fell in love with the program and the rest is history!!! Now A year and half later we will be at a red rank level in a short few months and on the same track to becoming a black belt together!!! My sons have been going here for about a year and a half and I highly recommend. I have definitely seen some improvement in their attitudes. They have also gotten much better at the skills they are learning in class and they are more confident at karate, home and school. And I love that they organize fun events for the kids and families to socialize outside of classes: Easter egg hunts, Trunk-or-Treats, summer picnics, dance parties, etc.

We needed an outlet for our 4 year old to burn energy, learn to focus and have fun. We found that at Hudson Valley Karate! Mr. Smart and his instructors have inspired him to strive for success both in and out of the class. We couldn’t be happier and we look forward to our son’s advancement in the art of Tang Soo Do and in life. TANG SOO!!!
