John is as professional as they come. He was prompt and worked efficiently to get my carpets clean. I am a loyal customer because I know when I have Carpet Express Cleaning clean my carpets they will be done right. No shortcuts are taken, they take the time to get the stains out. And his prices are affordable saving me the hassle of doing it myself.
What can I say these guys were excellent! I needed to get a small room that has carpet in it cleaned right away they were there within less than 24 hours from my call. When they arrived they were both very polite and professional explaining to me everything that they were going to be doing. Upon completion of the job they left the area cleaner than what it was when they arrived. They also do other services that I will take advantage of it in the future. I do highly recommend Carpet Express Cleaning.
