Although I had to make a second call on a Sunday night to get a return call, the technician I spoke with explained that the charge would be higher on a Sunday and include overtime. He also explained that it would be safe to use my oven overnight to heat my home. I am gratefufor the explanation and the timely service thet l received the next day.
Jason and John installed a new hydro air unit in my basement and a new a/c unit outside. They also cleaned all of the air ducts and vent covers in my house. The job took 2 days to complete. Their work was thorough and meticulously clean. The whole experience went smoothly from working with the sales rep, Bill Demersky, all the way through installation.
