First time using oil for heat and had no idea what to do. Meenan was recommended and the person that helped was great!! I felt better after the call. No question I feel better since the first delivery came yesterday as scheduled. Just happens to be 78' on October 22nd.
Anyway they are reliable and I'm glad I followed the recommendation.
We decided to replace our oil tank now that it was 67 years old before we had a leak. Meenan was very professional. They sent two salesmen to sign the contract, but they were never high pressure. Installation was completed, and they did a great job. Kudos to Michael McBride, the residential equipment specialist. He always answered my questions, and was easy to reach.
I was very happy with the servicing of my air conditioning system today when the Meenan Servicer disputed for my non-cooling A/C would not turn on. He found to issues i was unaware of. One was the termostat was not working correctly. After replacing that, he was also able to track the issue with the compressor which was an incorrect connecton not appropriate for the system that was done by an installer of a separate electrical applicance into the wiring to the compressor lines that was not supposed to be done. Once that “alien” link was removed, the system worked perfectly and i can look forward to many years of cool and comfortable summers. thanks Meenan.
