As positive an experience as possible. Hard Hat Heating & Air Conditioning scheduled for same day and later called that he could be earlier than expected. James was so professional and so nice. He diagnosed and fixed the problem and got the house cooling by several degrees before he left. Very reasonable charges, and just an all around good experience. The technician was great to work with and very professional. The technician took time to explain all work items and the issues they found. I have an older HVAC system but it's still operational. The technician did explain issues with my water heater. I have been purchasing the coupon for years and it's a great value but I get a little tired of them always attempting to up-sell me on a new system. I'm not sure if I will purchase the coupon for next year. I'm giving them a 5 because of the technician's work and value but watch out on the up sale.
