My experience in the install of a geo-thermal unit by Lake Country was above and beyond my expectations. Steve followed me through the process and was always there for any questions or concerns I had. The system is an amazing piece of work and Ken, who led the install was wonderful and knowledgeable. These systems are a big decision and I could not be happier with my decision to go with Lake Country. I did not know them before my install and had heard good things about them when I checked them out. Although I did not purchase my geothermal system from them I highly recommend them . I needed service on my furnace and they were there within 2 days. Checked everything and made adjustments where needed. Working much better now. Ken knows his trade and he is thorough.
