We had the house we want to buy inspected by Tom Ott. He is very professional, flexible in date accommodation, very quick in the turn around of the results and a well of knowledge. On time, quick, efficient, great common sense with a strong attention to detail and a a great personable guy! He pointed out important details to use for negotiating the closing and was very helpful to answer questions even after the report was submitted to us.
