Chris is very knowledgeable and thorough. When my current radon mitigation system (installed by another company) wasn't doing the job, I contacted Radon Zapper. He and his assistant were very thorough. They installed a pretty robust system. Make sure you ask Chris for pictures of his work. They also sealed all cracks in my cellar floor. The readings came back in a much safer range and my radon inspection while selling came back with no issues. Highly recommended!

Chris is what you hope for when someone works on your home. He was clear in his explanations, showed up and did things when he said he would, bid out the job with clear paperwork, communicated regularly, and did the job well. Our radon system was really a mess, and what he replaced it with looks 1000% better but also gives me much more confidence that it's working. Highly recommended.
