This company has exhibited the best, "customer service" and building of relationships that I've seen since moving up here. They always keep professionalism in the forefront of all conversations and dealings. They care about their customers!!!

Great oil company. I’ve been dealing with them for a few years. The guy is always really friendly, and answers calls late, their scheduling is also phenomenal. No problem with this company. I do have a problem with the person the they referred me to, to service my furnace. The company is called Mike Chanowitz Family Plumbing and Heating. Mike sent two of his employees to my house without confirming an appointment with me. My child was home alone at the time with a friend. I received a panicked phone call saying somebody was in the house. I of course told her to call the police immediately, and rushed home from work, to find 5 cop cars, a terrified child, and two confused... read full review
