This practice is honestly one of the best I've ever been to. Everyone is so hospitable from the moment you walk in to the second you leave. Sometimes going to the doctor can be a chore but every time I come in I'm happy to see the staff and doctors. Dr. Cossman made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. He was able to address all my concerns and I didn't feel rushed to leave like other practices I've been to. I love this practice. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, often going above and beyond to make sure my care is thorough. If there ever is an issue, they are quick to call and address any concerns. Dr. Cossman in particular looks young, but clearly knows his stuff. I've seen dermatologists and PAs elsewhere, but honestly no one has been more professional and knowledgeable than Dr. Cossman. Thank you so much! Love you guys!

The doctor didn't take notes surrounding my visit, they sent incorrect prescriptions to my pharmacy, and the doctor didn't remember what he diagnosed me with. Below is an email I have yet to receive a response to describing my experience at the office. Noemi, I'm sharing my experience with you because I'd want to know if I was the manager or owner of the doctor's office. After my visit, I was asked by the front desk when I was supposed to see the doctor again and they didn't know what prescription the doctor had called into my pharmacy.
