“I live in East Hampton and am having a problem with my well. I called Casola for a service call. I had to pay $200 in advance of the visit. They sent a technician out who told me it could be a number of problems but wasn't sure what. I called Long Island well Drillers today and spoke to Dave. He told me they no longer service East Hampton due to traffic. He asked me some questions about the problem and diagnosed it over the phone.
I offered to pay him for the consult but he refused. In this day and age, it is rare, if not impossible to find service and willingness to offer help so graciously. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needing their services.

“We have used this company a few times. The most recent work was for installation of a new oil tank. Our previous tank was probably 25 years old and almost rotted out. Our heat shut off during this cold weather because the bottom of the oil tank was filled with oil slush and rotted underneath. He quickly came and replaced our tank the next day. All is well.
