I am a personal trainer who lifts heavy and I constantly strain my muscles. I'm not joking when I say I get the most out of my sessions with Jason than I EVER have with any sports massage, deep tissue, etc. He targets all your problem areas and does it in a way that makes you feel safe and comfortable. He's awesome I highly recommend this place if you're someone who suffers from muscle pain/stiffness or likes getting massages but needs extra TLC than what they give you at a normal spa. Reasonably priced and great service. Would give it 100 stars if I could.

The extensive knowledge of the human body and ways to support or realign the muscles in the body is unmatched. If you are on the fence about booking with either of them or treating yourself to the BEST 4-hand massage you'll ever have - look no further. These 2 are my go-to for all my needs for my body.
