FRAUD!!!Stay away from Elise Marchese, The Kitchen Shop and any other business related to this women. Anyone who wrote a good review has to be her friend or herself. On her website it states that there's a "Lifetime Warranty" and gives costumers "personalized attention from beginning to finish"  both a complete lie.Almost a year later and I'm missing parts with a very defective and incomplete kitchen.Like others, after my one time full payment, I couldn't get an answer from her. A month later I get a vague email that my cabinets will be coming five months after she had promised. A day before delivery she casually mentioned that they will be coming without doors attached....read full review

The Kitchen Shop LLC owned by Elise Marchese is a fraud. We spent lots of money and the cabinets are just terrible. She refuses to honor the "Lifetime Warranty" promised on her website. The cabinet are warped, mismeasured and corky. She ignores my emails and will not give me materials I paid for. She still owes me doors, hardware and side panels. This company is dishonest.
