I had a pretty bad experience with this cleaning service. Not only were they about an hour late for our first cleaning, but they didn't bring many of their own products. I asked Stephanie if she could come do a very in depth cleaning. Having just moved into the apartment, I didn't have many of my own cleaning supplies yet, so there wasn't much she could do when she got there. She asked what I would like her to do for my "deep cleaning", and I mentioned the stove, microwave, refrigerator, clean baseboards, vents, scrub bathroom, clean windows and mop the floors.
