They cleaned up the mess left by another landscaper, then put down topsoil and grass seed.When some of the seed was washed away because someone (not them, not me) maliciously ran my sprinkler continuously for two days when I was away, they came back and put down more seed.This morning I emailed to ask a question and Dominic said he'd just been at my house this morning inspecting my lawn, so he was able to answer my question knowing exactly what the situation was. That was a nice surprise.
