Here to scream from the rooftops that Victor Family Dentistry + Dr. Lowenguth are simply incredible. I had heard wonderful things but was not yet a patient when a tooth emergency struck. The office was able to squeeze me and handle the emergency all in the same day. Dawn, the receptionist was kind and welcoming. She was patient in trying to figure out my insurance information and treated me like one of their own from the moment I walked in the door. Taylor, the dental assistant on my case, was wonderful. She was professional, paid close attention to detail and made what could have been a tense situation feel light. I want to preface the next part of this review by saying that I have had subpar dental experiences in my past, some that drove me away from the dentist for years... Dr. Lowenguth was INCREDIBLE. He got to the cause of my issue without judgement and was quick to come up with a solution. He was personable and funny with wonderful chair side manner and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. You can tell that his patients and staff matter to him and he is passionate about his practice.
