“Spartacus was such a great company to work with. We had our basement finished off by them and we couldn’t be more happy. The owner was so quick to answer any questions we had before and during the process (sometimes it takes forever to get in contact with a contractor, not these guys)! “These guys were awesome. After 1 1/2 years in our house, we noticed a leak in our ceiling in January. It was an extremely cold and windy winter...I went to Home Adviser and I found Royal Roofing...I called and the next day a gentleman came out with a drone and took pictures of our roof. (really cool)After looking at the pictures, he pointed out that there was no chimney flashing around the chimney resulting in water leaking into our attic. They booked me a few days later. Their crew came while I was at work, they put the new chimney flashing on the roof and we haven't had any leaks since! They were super responsive and the process was easy. I will definitely be using them again in the future!“

“Todd Jones and crew did a real nice job transforming our Webster village home with a new roof, windows and siding. Todd was the only one of three or four contractors we inquired with to actually create a professional written estimate, complete with a break down of costs, insurance information, and referrals. His price was fair, the quality of materials good, and his willingness to make fair adjustments was appreciated! When they removed our old cedar siding they found a substantial amount of rotted wood; and they repaired what looked like could cost a ton more for very minimal extra expenditure....and In the end came very close to their initial estimate. There were some mistakes and delays; some were due to genuine mistakes by the crew. Some were due to the hold ups of the quarantine shut downs. Both were expected with a job of this size...because we are human. When we ran into problems, Todd was conscientious and reasonable in dealing with the issues as they arose.
